Booking your place
Full payment is required to confirm your workshop booking. An enquiry or an agreed date without payment does not secure a place.
Please provide a current mobile number and email address so I can contact you about your booking, including any urgent changes.
Cancellations and rebooking
With at least 48 hours’ notice before your workshop starts, you can cancel for a full refund or transfer your booking to another available date at no extra charge.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, a full refund or free transfer cannot be guaranteed, except for illness as explained below. Any amount retained will reflect the studio’s reasonable net loss, up to the booking price, taking account of costs saved and whether your place is filled. The same applies if you do not attend.
If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place at no extra charge. Please contact me beforehand; the replacement participant must meet the workshop’s age and supervision requirements.
Illness and unexpected circumstances
If you become ill within 48 hours of your workshop, please contact me as soon as possible and before the session starts. You can reschedule to a mutually convenient available date at no extra charge. This illness exception allows you to transfer your booking; the usual cancellation terms apply if you choose to cancel instead.
If another personal emergency affects your attendance, please contact me as soon as possible. I will consider individual circumstances and help where reasonably possible.
Please do not attend if you believe you may have a contagious illness.
If Mana Studio needs to cancel
Mana Studio is run by one person. Unexpected illness, an urgent family situation, or circumstances that prevent the workshop from running safely may occasionally mean I need to cancel, including on the day.
I will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the choice of:
- A full refund of your workshop payment; or
- A transfer to a mutually convenient date at no extra charge.
You are under no obligation to rebook.
Refunds and contacting me
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation, normally using the original payment method.
Please send cancellation or rebooking requests to hello@manastudio.uk or reply through the channel used to confirm your booking. Notice is calculated from when your message is received.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
These terms apply to new bookings from 13 October 2026. Existing bookings retain the terms agreed when booked.
